International Yoga Day is a global event celebrated annually on June 21st to promote the practice and benefits of yoga. This year, our school hosted a special event to honor this day, featuring a series of yoga sessions led by experienced instructors. Students, teachers, and parents participated in various yoga asanas and mindfulness exercises, emphasizing the importance of physical and mental well-being. The day was marked by inspiring speeches, group yoga practices, and educational workshops about the holistic benefits of yoga.
